Jesus Understands
The beauty of Christmas is the knowledge that Jesus understands everything you experience in life. Because he lived where we live, he can help us in our time of need. Are you wounded? Jesus understands your pain and comforts you today, for he too was wounded. Are you lonely? Our Lord knows the agony you are passing through, and he walks with you right now. Have others betrayed and disappointed you? He is our merciful and faithful High Priest to see us through the trials of this life. No one understands you better than Jesus. Draw near to him and receive strength.
“Since he himself has gone through suffering and testing, he is able to help us when we are being tested.” Heb. 2:14-18
